The Supreme Observer

The EU Project “Pravo-Justice” is contributing to the development of the rule of law in Ukraine, aligning it with the highest European standards. In support of the Supreme Court, the “Pravo-Justice” team initiated the creation of an official informational media platform named “Supreme Observer” that serves both the professional legal community and the general public. The primary objective of this initiative is to design and launch a user-friendly media platform for the Supreme Court aiming to keep users informed about the court’s events and provide insightful reviews and digests, along with other types of material. Additionally, the platform includes a system of recommended links to various registers, the Legal Position Database, also designed by Smotrow Design, and educational materials for children and students. 

Upon conducting a tender process and analyzing a diverse range of national design and technology firms, their projects and expertise, the selection committee has decided to entrust Smotrów Design with the development of the platform.  

As a result of our joint work, we have developed the “Supreme Observer” information platform that provides judges, lawyers, legal practitioners, and the general public with accurate and useful information about the events of the Supreme Court, along with current news, columns, and engaging thematic content. This platform plays a crucial role in preventing disinformation and enhancing the openness and accessibility of Ukrainian judicial authorities.
