Jusnote App – Invoicing Module

Overview

Introducing a new innovative financial module that enables lawyers to effortlessly create, manage, and send professionally crafted invoices to clients with just a few clicks. Smotrów Design continues designing exceptional products for Jusnote – a cloud-based legal practice management software – to unleash the true potential of lawyers and empower them to run their legal careers more efficiently.

 

In the recent update of the Jusnote mobile application, the company has introduced a new invoicing module, collaboratively created by our design and engineering team alongside Jusnote’s innovation team. From now on, lawyers can swiftly create, edit, view, and send invoices to their clients directly from their mobile devices with just a few taps.

 

Additionally, the app enables lawyers to add taxes, manage discounts, add time and expenses, and unlocks other valuable features such as collecting payments, attaching files, or signing with DocuSign directly within the app. In terms of UI, our team has continued to refine the overall look and feel of the application, introducing new visual solutions and principles for creating entries and viewing records. Certain modules have been completely redesigned to make the overall user experience more pleasant and user-friendly.
